Photographer complains against Oliver Martinez

LOS ANGELES - A photographer has filed a report against Halle Berry’s boyfriend - actor Olivier Martinez - over an alleged clash outside a Hollywood restaurant.

The unnamed photographer has filed the complaint with the authorities accusing the “Unfaithful” star of banging into his car and threatening to hurt him, reports contactmusic.com.

The actor went to eat lunch with Berry at Mirabelle restaurant on Sunset Boulevard after the alleged incident.

A sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene to question the star and the couple later left in separate vehicles.
