Peter Andre back on stage after surgery

LONDON - Kudos to pop star Peter Andre, who took to the stage to perform soon after undergoing a surgery to remove a kidney stone.
The Australian singer was operated upon Friday, but performed in Britain Sunday night. He sang songs, but couldn’t dance during his performance, reports contactmusic.com.
Andre had to cancel two dates during his British tour when he was rushed to hospital Friday, following complains of “excruciating pain” in his stomach, which left him fearing for his life.
“He was on all fours riddled with pain when his road manager walked into his room. Peter was really frightened for his life. He felt very disorientated and did not know what was wrong with him,” said a source.
Doctors have advised him further rest, and so the organisers have adjusted the dates of the tour for his convenience.
“Peter would like to thank everyone for their support and understanding,” said his manager.
