Arcade Fire wins Album of the Year

LOS ANGELES - Indie rock band Arcade Fire has won Album of the Year for The Suburbs at the Grammy Awards.
The band beat Katy Perry (”Teenage Dream”), Lady Gaga (”The Fame Monster”), Lady Antebellum (”Need You Now”) and Eminem (”Recovery”) to win one of the top honours at 53rd edition of Grammy Awards Sunday.
