Penelope Cruz has first child

LONDON - Actress Penelope Cruz has reportedly given birth to her first baby.
The Spanish beauty was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last week and gave birth Tuesday, Spanish newspaper El Pais reports.
The baby was born on the same day her father Javier Bardem received the best actor academy award nomination for his role in “Biutiful”.
Contactmusic.com reports, Cruz’s spokesperson revealed in September that the star and Javier Bardem were expecting their first child in early 2011.
The actress, who wed Bardem in an intimate ceremony in the Bahamas last July, held a baby shower party at her Los Angeles home earlier this month.
