James Franco set to don director’s hat

WASHINGTON - ‘Spiderman’ star James Franco has revealed that will helm a movie based on a novel.
The actor - who is to host next month’s Oscars - is set to direct ‘As I Lay Dying’, which is based on William Faulkner’s novel.
“This summer I’m going to direct a movie based on William Faulkner’s novel ‘As I Lay Dying’,” Contactmusic quoted as telling MTV News.
“I shoot a test of the whole movie before I make a movie. So we just shot a test,” he added. (ANI)
