LONDON - ‘Spider-Man’ actor James Franco has been honoured for his tireless charity work at a recent ceremony in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old actor has been a long-time supporter of ‘The Art of Elysium’ - which helps celebrities visit sick children in hospital - ever since advised by his ‘Spider-Man’ co-star Kirsten Dunst, reports the Daily Express.
He regularly offers his services, along with stars including Ben Affleck, Courteney Cox and Eljiah Wood.
“I wanted a place where I could give back. I didn’t know what I could give but I wanted to give back. I started volunteering at All Saints Hospital. Art of Elysium really saved my life. There’s nothing better than giving back,” said Franco. (ANI)
