Leaked Gaga single fake: publicist

LONDON - A publicist for singer Lady Gaga has dismissed the leak of a new song, purported to be a track from her upcoming album “Born This Way”, as a fake.

The “Poker Face” hitmaker sent her fans into a frenzy after announcing on New Year’s Eve that she is set to release her new single, “Born This Way” Feb 13, followed by a record of the same name May 23 and her fans were thrilled after a track called “Animal”, believed to be from the forthcoming disc, hit the web earlier this week.

However, a representative for the star has denied it is Gaga who can be heard singing on the song.

“(The) reported leak is not a Gaga record,” contactmusic.com quoted the repsentative as saying.
