Rock star Stuart Cable died of vodka diet: girlfriend

LONDON - Late Stuart Cable’s girlfriend Rachel Jones has revealed that the rock star drank himself to death after going on a vodka diet to lose weight.
The 40-year-old former Stereophonics drummer went on a vodka binge as he tried to get fit for a tour.
“There are diets that say a vodka is better than half a lager because it is lower in calories. But spirits are so strong that people don’t realise what they are doing to them,” the Daily Star quoted Jones of Llanelli, south Wales, as saying. (ANI)
