Pooja Shah wants to make Coronation Street comeback

LONDON - British Indian actress Pooja Shah has revealed that she would like to make a comeback on soap opera Coronation Street.

Shah, 31, played DC Moore, a cop investing the attempted murder of Tracy Barlow, on the show.

“I hope I can come back to Corrie. The guy that plays the policeman with me has been brought back a few times so I’m hoping they will do the same with me,” the Sun quoted her as saying.

“We were the whole time saying we’d be a great double act really loudly and saying we should get our own spin-off. Everyone knew we’d be very keen to come back, even in new roles.

“I had such a great time and I was really upset when the filming finished.

“It was a great part. I’m used to roles working with police before. You can do good cop, back cop so it’s great fun,” she added. (ANI)
