LONDON - Actress Reese Witherspoon is engaged to her boyfriend, Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
Her publicist has confirmed that the actress is set to walk down the aisle for the second time after her divorce with actor Ryan Phillippe in 2008, reports contactmusic.com.
The star began dating Toth early this year shortly after she split from actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
