Gyllenhaal grows his own vegetables

LONDON - Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal’s fitness mantra lies in growing his own vegetables.

The 29-year-old actor, who had to do a nude scene in “Love and Other Drugs”, insists he was never worried about trying to get in shape for the scene because he already eats healthy, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“I don’t follow a special diet but I try and eat well, so I grow my own vegetables,” he said.

Gyllenhaal is not the only star to grow their own food.

Nicole Kidman also prefers to cultivate her own crops to feed husband Keith Urban and two-year-old daughter Sunday Rose.
