LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Famous socialite and fashion designer Nicole Richie continues to battle with a candid photographer who is accused to be have harassed Nicole’s 2 year old daughter. She will be appearing in the court to get a permanent restraining order against this annoying shutterbug.

The popular TV personality and daughter of Lionel Richie, Nicole Richie reported that the accused paparazzo has invaded not only her and her child’s privacy but also gone to the extent of frightening her little daughter, Harlow. Now she is heading to court to seek a permanent restraining order against him. She will be accompanied by her two lawyers and some pre-school teachers of nursery school as witnesses.

The highly protective mother Nicole Richie demands for the safety and security of her two little children, Hallow and Sparrow. Amidst all this chaos, Nicole has something really exciting to cheer up as her two children will be soon get a father.
