Dr. Laura In Sirius XM Radio

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Ardent followers of Dr.Laura Schlessinger are happy to know that their favorite radio host is not going any where leaving the radio. She will be hosting her “Dr. Laura” advice program in Sirius XM Radio. This news saw her shift from the traditional radio to the satellite radio. Her fans were disappointed after the radio talk-show host had announced in August to walk away from her show which was subjected to much criticism.

Dr. Laura Schlessinger will be starting her “Dr. Laura” advice program once again from the next year, in fact from the first Monday of January itself. Her contract with the traditional radio program will be ending on December 31. The host said that as soon as her previous contract gets over she will be starting her much hyped show “Dr. Laura” once again. All thanks to Sirius XM Radio Inc. It will take place from Monday to Friday from 2-5 pm. According to sources, when she had announced of quitting the show on August 17, on CNN’s “Larry King Live” Sirius talk programming chief Jeremy Coleman had called her up the very next day giving her the lucrative offer to host her controversial show in their channel.

Dr. Laura Schlessinger’ decision to quit the show had come as a result of being subjected to the attacks of activists who had called for her quit, after she had used the N- word while talking to a black lady over the phone in her show. Reportedly she had used the word eleven times, which had given rise to sentimental issues in the people of the black community. The host claims that she is happy to switch to somewhere where her comments will be freely issued without any kind of attack.
