LONDON - Lady Gaga’s waxworks will be unveiled simultaneously in eight locations around the world, Madame Tussauds has announced.

Each figure will be exhibited in a different outfit made famous by the singer and will go on display next month.

The models are being made in the same London studio at a cost of 1.2million pounds and will be revealed in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

“She is the perfect subject for the biggest figure launch in Madame Tussauds’ history,” the BBC quoted a spokeswoman as saying.

One of the models set to be unveiled is the singer’s latex body suit with Minnie Mouse-style buns worn on a visit to BBC Radio 1; another is a lace body stocking and face mask topped off with a Marie Antoinette wig, which she wore at the Brit Awards earlier this year.

Madame Tussauds added that the styles chosen for the waxworks would be “classic Gaga”. (ANI)
