Jenna Jameson in talks for Broadway role

NEW YORK - Former porn star Jenna Jameson is in talks to be part of a hit Broadway rock musical “Rock of Ages”.
The actress is negotiating to take the role of Venus strip club owner Justice.
“I am in talks with the ‘Rock of Ages’ producers, and I’m praying I get the role. Broadway has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a little girl. I am really excited,” nypost.com quoted Jameson as saying.
“I’m meeting with the producers, and I just hope I have enough talent to carry the role. We are talking about a run that would be anything from a month to three months, and it could start very soon. I think I’m perfect for the role, and I am really looking forward to becoming a New Yorker,” she added.
A show source said: “The producers were surprised, but Jenna has a good voice. And while she’s famous for her X-rated movies, she can act. This may be a shock to traditional Broadway fans, but the show is always trying to push the boundaries.”
