Tony Danza’s Reality Series Premieres

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The much-anticipated television series “Teach: Tony Danza” made its debut at the A&E network on Friday night and due to the show’s unusual concept, it managed to seize much attention among the viewers. The show which chronicles the journey of Tony Danza as he assumes the responsibility as a first-year teacher at the Philadelphia based Northeast High School, was able to generate wide buzz since the premiere date of the show was made public in the month of August this year. Since then all the followers of the “Who’s the Boss?” star were waiting with bated breath to see the actor take up the duties of a first-year instructor in the high school.

The show “Teach: Tony Danza” which premiered last night is indeed an important milestone in the career of the 59-year-old actor as through the series his fans all across the country would get chance to see how the “Taxi” star would fulfill his responsibilities as a teacher considering the fact that he has never had any kind of teaching experience. However, prior to his stint at the Philadelphia high school, Tony Danza is known to have undertaken classes in new-teacher orientation and preparation so that he had the proper skills to deal with the 26 sophomores of his class.

Meanwhile, after catching a glimpse of the pilot episode of the series, the officials of the Philadelphia high school have expressed hope that the show would be able to highlight the different facets of urban education.
