Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame nominations for Beatie Boys and Bon Jovi

September 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The coveted Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame has a total of fifteen nominations, all desiring for inclusion. Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame museum is located on the shore of Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, this museum archives some of the most well known and influential artists and people who have created a major impact on the rock music industry. Among the names that have been selected for this year’s Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame, Beastie Boys and Bon Jovi are present. Other biggies include singer Neil Diamond, shocker-rocker Alice Cooper and Tom Waits.

Others who desire to have an entry here include the likes of Chic, , J. Geils Band, Donovan, Dr. John LL Cool J, Darlene Love and Chuck Willis, only to name a few.

A total of five hundred music industry voters have been sent ballots so that they can select who would be inducted this year. The inductees will be later announced in the month of December and the ceremony will be held in March 2011, at the very famous Waldorf Astoria in New York.

The artists need to release their first single or their album at least 25 years back; that’s the criteria of being considered to be eligible.

Last year, artists like Genesis, Jimmy Cliff, ABBA The Hollies, and The Stooges were inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame.
