Neil’s Dui Court Hearing Rescheduled

MOTLEY CRUE star VINCE NEIL will have to wait another two weeks to find out whether he’ll be punished for an alleged drink driving arrest in June (10) - a new court date has been set.

Lawyers for the 49 year old appeared on his behalf in a Las Vegas courtroom on Monday (27Sep10) and pushed for a new date.

Judge Joe Bonaventure set a status check for 11 October (10), when Neil’s misdemeanour drunk driving and speeding charges will be reviewed.

The rocker has yet to enter a plea.

Court documents suggest Neil was over the alcohol limit when cops pulled his Lamborghini sports car over after he was allegedly caught speeding near the Las Vegas Strip.
