LONDON - Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly in negotiations to star in musical TV show “Glee”.

The part was written specifically for the “Iron Man” actress as she is a close friend of “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy, reports dailystar.co.uk.

Gwyneth will play the role of a substitute teacher in two episodes and is said to step in to take over the glee club when Schuester falls ill.

However, Gwyneth’s character complicates Schuester’s relationship with quirky guidance counsellor Emma (Jayma Mays) when he starts to fall for her.

Gwyneth who will have an all-singing, all-dancing role in the show is not the only Oscar-winning star set to make a guest appearance in season two of the Fox series.
