A Texas philosopher-turned-rocker is set to become an attraction at Orlando, Florida’s Ripley’s Believe It Or Not museum after undergoing 700 hours of tattoo work to scale his skin.

Erik Sprague, aka The Lizardman, has had his body inked in reptile-like scales, made modifications to his tongue, so it’s split in two, and had his teeth filed to points. To hammer home the fact he’s more than a little different, Sprague performs topless with ‘FREAK’ tattooed across his chest.

The Lizard Skynard frontman is now set to become a wax figure attraction this November (10) at Ripley’s Orlando ‘odditorium’.

A student of philosophy, Sprague is also an author, having penned the book Once More Through The Modified Looking Glass, and a stand-up comedian.
