Diane Lane Gets Candid about Marriage and Plastic Surgery

September 11, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Diane Lane has been one of the most influential actors in Hollywood for the last 30 years. The actress has made a huge impact on international cinema with her beautiful performances. Diane started her journey in tinsel town at the age of 14 with ‘A little Romance’ in the year 1979. In a recent interview Diane spoke about her life and career, speaking about her tryst with fame, she said that at first it was a bit “overwhelming”.
Diane has starred in powerful movies like ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ and ‘Nights in Rodanthe’; her onscreen persona earned her roles opposite some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Diane got married to Christopher Lambert and had a girl named Eleanor (she is 17- years old right now). The marriage lasted for six years. During the interview, Diane said that being a single mother is the biggest deterrent to her dating aspirations.
When asked about her take on plastic surgery, Diane said that she is utterly confused in that regard. Diane confesses that on certain days she feels like getting breast implants, but then again she dissuades herself. Diane maintains that at the end of the day a woman should do what makes her happy.
Commenting on her long and illustrious career, Diane said that she has more to offer and every new project gives her a scope to realize her full potential. Diane will be next seen starring opposite John Malkovich in the movie ‘Secretariat’.
