Jennifer Aniston shares her stay healthy secrets

September 10, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): When women her age are busy getting facelifts and going under the knife to restore their good looks, Jennifer Aniston seems to be doing great at 41. The beautiful Hollywood actress seems to be untouched by age. Jennifer has perhaps the most well toned and lean body in Hollywood that will put Megan Fox to shame. Unlike most other stars, Jennifer does not say that she does not work out. In fact she shared her fitness tips in September’s issue of Shape Magazine.

In the latest interview Aniston said that in order to maintain her good health she always try to sleep at least 8 hours each day. Coming to the big secret of her fitness regime, Aniston says that she drinks lots of water each day. Aniston reportedly drinks 100 ounces of water every day. Jennifer also credited Yoga for her great shape. The actress claims that Yoga keeps her fit mentally and physically.

Aniston said that she has noticed dramatic changes in her body, since she started doing Yoga and she would recommend it to everyone who wants to be healthy. Aniston is a fitness enthusiast who likes to sweat it out on her treadmill and the elliptical machine. The super hot actress performs cardio exercises for 20 minutes each day.

Aniston also maintained that she takes ample amount of rest to help the body recuperate from the strenuous training regimen as well.
