Sarah McLachlan Announces Fall Tour

SAN FRANCISCO (GaeaTimes.com)- Canadian Singer, songwriter and musician Sarah McLachlan will be going for a tour this fall. The announcement of the tour was made by Sarah McLachlan herself on Tuesday who held that the coming tour will try to reach out to those places that were affected by the Lilith Fair cancellations. The singer who is rehearsing for the tour on full swing, will visit South and Midwest regions of the Country. The Tour has been titled “Sarah and Friends”. Although the West coast has been kept out of the fall tour schedule as of yet, some sources report that Sarah McLachlan might extend her tour to other places depending on the success of her present tour schedule.

While Sarah McLachlan’s summer tour Lilith Fair suffered poor sales, cancellations and many other tour problems that lowered the spirit of her fans; this fall tour, many expect, will replenish that loss. The singer is reportedly looking forward to her Midwest and South tour and expecting to extend the tour to the West Coast depending on sales and demand.

As per reports, Sarah McLachlan’s “Sarah and Friends” Tour would be markedly different from her other tours as this time she would take the stage with some invited guest performers that would include many of her singer friends. Reports claim that each evening’s performance will b divided into two sets. While in the first set she would take the stage with one of the guest performers, in the second set she would sing from her own greatest hits and new songs from her recent release. She would also answer questions whole through the evening submitted by audience.
