Anurag Kashyap and Brinda Miller join the Art Conspiracy

September 8, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The Art Conspiracy is pleased to welcome prominent film maker Anurag Kashyap and Kala Ghoda festival curator Brinda Miller to its panel of judges, who will be actively participating in selecting the artists’ work for the festival to be held on 23rd and 24th October in Mumbai.
The festival has some impressive names on the jury panel, including renowned live artist Nikhil Chopra, Eve Lemesle owner and managing director of What About Art, the Arts Management Agency, Director of Photography and Cinematographer Mark Lapwood, Jas Almeida, owner of Life on Mars, Factory of Art + Design specializing in urban lifestyle products and underground art in Mumbai and Leila Tayebaly, French Indian Art Therapist, Founder of The Art Loft.
The Art Conspiracy is an underground festival committed to providing an opportunity for upcoming and professional artists to reveal their talent and promote art in daily life. It is an opportunity for artists to meet, network and expose their work to a wide audience and for the people of the city to access art easily.
Bandra will see a lot of great activity and events in the weeks leading up to October. The two-month long art campaign will involve some great gigs and underground art events/ teasers. The grand finale is a two day festival with the exhibition, live art performances, night markets, workshops and film screenings across the trendiest venues in Bandra like Pali Village Café, Bonobo, Out of the Blue, Yellow Tree Café, Azaad Bazaar, Mia Cucina, Loose Ends and many more.
