‘True Blood’ stars to present at Emmys

LOS ANGELES — Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer will be spending part of their honeymoon at the Emmys.

The newlywed “True Blood” stars, who were married last Saturday in Malibu, Calif., have been added to the list of presenters at next Sunday’s 62nd annual prime-time Emmy ceremony, along with “True Blood” co-star Alexander Skarsgard.

Previously announced presenters include Stephen Colbert, Tina Fey and Ricky Gervais.

On the HBO series, 28-year-old Paquin stars as Sookie Stackhouse, a mostly human waitress who falls for vampire Bill Compton, a Confederate veteran turned into a bloodsucker played by 40-year-old Moyer. Paquin is no stranger to award shows. The “X-Men” star won a supporting-actress Academy Award at age 11 for 1993’s “The Piano.”
