SANDRA BULLOCK is in talks to make her first big screen project since her Oscar win and marriage break-up in a movie with TOM HANKS. The two stars are in negotiations to lead the cast of Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, which is based on Jonathan Safran Foer’s book about the 9/11 tragedy in 2001.
