NEW YORK - Even after two months of being accused for attacking a teenager in an accident, Jodie Foster has still not been questioned about the incident.

According to RadarOnline, 17-year-old boy filed a police report on May 29, when the actress reportedly attacked him at a Los Angeles shopping centre.

The boy’s mother revealed that Foster shoved her son, leaving him with scratches and bruises on his arm.

She also called him a “slimeball” after he took a photo of the actress with her children in the parking lot of The Grove shopping center.

In a statement, Foster’s publicist said she merely touched the teen on the elbow in an attempt to guide him away from her.

A Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) spokesperson said Foster has never been interviewed about the incident and police have only spoken with her representative.

The case is still considered an open investigation by the LAPD. (ANI)
