Justin Timberlake lands lead role in big blockbuster

LONDON - Justin Timberlake has landed a lead role in a big budget sci-fi blockbuster.

According to The Daily Express, the singer has moved on from the music world and is focussing on films.

And his upcoming big screen outings include ‘The Social Network’ and ‘Bad Teacher’ opposite his ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz.

But his next movie will take his fame to a whole new level - a high profile role in ‘I’m.mortal’ opposite Amanda Seyfried, according to Deadline.com.

The film will be directed by ‘The Truman Show’ screenwriter Andrew Niccol and is set in the future where humans no longer age and the rich are able to pay for immortality.

‘I’m.mortal’ is due for release in 2011. (ANI)
