MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Sarita Choudhury is not among the run of the mill actresses who is seen doing romantic roles in commercial potboilers and dancing around the trees. The sultry actress with an Indian origin scorched the screen with her brilliant performance in films like ‘Mississippi Masala’ where she was pitted with the talented Denzel Washington. She also acted in the Mira Nair directed “Kama Sutra: A Tale Of Love.” The latest news is that the talented actress is coming to India once more for working in an emotional drama named “For Real”.

The actress Sarita Choudhury told in an interview recently that in the film she will be essaying the role of a mother who abandons her singing career and comes back to India to start a family. The actress, now 43, said that the movie will be directed and produced by Sona Jain. It will get released in India in August. The actress will also get involved in the promotion for the film. She is of the opinion that the women in particular will identify with the character she is portraying in this film. She is also confident of the originality of the script.

Sarita Choudhury has been missing in the film circuit for quite some time after working in Kama Sutra that was released in 1996. She worked in theaters in New York and it was her other love as she said. She has also worked in some English films over the past years. She wants to do more films in Bollywood provided she gets the right type of scripts and roles.
