Celebrity Travel Woes

June 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): We know all about the gruelling shooting schedules of our stars. Outdoor shoots, travelling for endorsements or events – it’s hectic all right. At such times, it can be annoying when the airlines decide to play spoilsport too.
Celebs get seriously displeased when their plans go haywire because of travelling issues. Or when a nice holiday ends up in being left stranded at the airport. If their tweets are anything to go by, it really gets to them at times.
Sample this - Lara Dutta – “Have been ‘in transit’ for 11hrs! Am exhausted and I’m sorry but fear I might bite or bark at anyone else who asks for a picture! Knackered!”
Abhishek Bachchan – “Argh!!!! Jet lag!! Doesn’t let you sleep, doesn’t let you stay awake either. Any remedies guys?”
Riteish Deshmukh – “At the airport, now heading back to Mumbai. Body clock has absolutely gone for a toss.”
You have our sympathies, guys! But then such are the trappings of stardom!
