Vanessa Davis Sued By “Basketball Wives” Evelyn Lozada

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The former wife of Ricky Davis, Vanessa Davis who has until now been in dark out of the media glare, has all of a sudden become the most sought after thing on web. However, this is not for any charity work that she had indulged in but rather for the unwanted publishing of nude photographs of “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada. Reports claim that Evelyn Lozada has gone on to file a lawsuit against Vanessa Davis for allegedly stealing the topless pictures of her and then publishing them making them public. The “Basketball Wives” star has sought for $15,000 as compensation from Vanessa Davis, who according to Evelyn Lozada is trying to tarnish her reputation.

Not only did Vanessa Davis publish the topless pictures of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada, she also went on to call the latter defamatory names at a gossip blog website. Vanessa Davis has allegedly called Evelyn Lozada a “drunkard” and a “high end prostitute”. In the gossip blog Vanessa Davis also accused Evelyn Lozada of neglecting her duties towards her daughter. Reports claim that Vanessa Davis‘ act against Evelyn Lozada was governed by her spite for not being selected as a cast in VH1’s “Basketball Wives“. Evelyn Lozada has reportedly said that she has become a victim of “nude-photo-stealing revenge plot”.

However, on the part of Vanessa Davis, the former wife of Ricky Davis, the lawsuit filed against her by Evelyn Lozada has no merit. She mentioned to media sources that she is confident that Evelyn Lozada will be unable to find any evidence against her for the claims that she has made. Vanessa Davis will be reportedly counter suing Evelyn Lozada for defamation.
