“Whats Your Rashee” On Colors

MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- On the eve of Mother’s day that falls on 9th May 2010, Colors channel will premier Ashutosh Gowariker directed movie “What’s Your Rashee?” which has Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra leading the cast. “What’s Yor Rashee?” derives its plot from Madhu Rye’s novel “Kimball Ravenswood”.

“Whats Your Rashee” happens to be the story of an young lad Yogesh Patel essayed by Harman Baweja who is a staunch believer in love marriage. Unexpected turns of events lands the protagonist of “Whats Your Rashee” in a drastic situation where he has to find out the his dream girl within a span of ten days to stop his family from ruin. In such a situation the protagonist hits upon an ingenious plot to ease his burden. He makes up his mind to go ahead and meet one girl each from twelve sun signs. He feels that this very method shall give him a chance to meet his dream girl who will fall in love with him. This is the time where the female lead Priyanka Chopra steps in as she is the only one who plays 12 different characters posing out to be 12 different girls, one from each sun sign. The story line of “Whats Your Rashee” depicts Priyanka Chopra in her most challenging role ever. She plays several different roles ranging from a small-town girl to spoilt brat.

Ashutosh Gowariker who happens to be the director of “Whats Your Rashee” has put in his best to make sure that each and every character of Priyanka Chopra is being treated with a different shade that is equally beautiful and delightful. Being a Oscar nominated director for his acclaimed movie “Laagan”, “Whats Your Rashee” is one family movie which is appealing and entertaining at the same time.
