Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) Friday Night lights season 4 was premiered yesterday at 8pm EST on NBC. Unfortunately this show has struggled to survive this long and allegedly NBC will air only one more season. The show is adapted by Peter Berg, Brian Grazer and David Nevins from a book named Friday Night Lights. There is also a film of the same name.

The first three seasons of Friday Night Lights shows a fictional high school football team from Dillon, Texas. The TV series is set around a small town backdrop and addresses many issues of today’s Middle America. Though the show normally features football games with some rough and tough matches, the primarily it concentrates on the events that occur at the high school. A main focus of the show is given to Eric Taylor, the coach of the team, Dillon Panthers. In this fourth season, he takes over at the East Dillon High school and coaches the Lions. This season also left a lot of the cast who started the show out of high school. They are off on their own and there is Luke, Vince and lot of others to fill in their shoes. There will be fresh new content and plenty of changing events so that you can stay glued to the show. The show has a brilliant writing, acting and direction but it is very saddening for the Friday Night Lights Fans that this will be the last season of the show. Excitement is packed into every episode and there is no episode that one can miss and not regret.
