USHER has failed to keep his teen pop sensation protege JUSTIN BIEBER off the top of the U.S. album charts for a second week.

The R&B star toppled the youngster’s My World 2.0 album on the Billboard 200 countdown last week (07Apr10), but the teen has bounced back.

The album has swapped places on the chart with Usher’s Raymond v Raymond.

Slash scores the week’s highest debut at three with his self-titled album, which features guests spots from the likes of Lemmy, Ozzy Osbourne, Kid Rock and Fergie.

Meanwhile, Madonna scores her 19th top 10 album in the U.S. - her Sticky & Sweet Tour debuts at 10.
