Montag wants remake of ‘Splash’

LONDON - Reality star Heidi Montag is begging movie maker Ron Howard to remake mermaid movie “Splash” because she wants to play Daryl Hannah’s role.
“Splash is one of my favourites… I wanna do the remake; I wanna be the mermaid. I think I couple play her pretty well,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
The “Hills” star, who is about to make her big screen debut in Adam Sandler comedy “Just Go With It” has always been a big fan of the 1984 film and she thinks she’d be a perfect mermaid.
The TV star has revealed she approached Howard with the idea when they teamed up recently to make a FunnyOrDie.com online skit about plastic surgery.
