By that one reason, it doesn’t mean that all Larry O Donnell is fake or his performance. The company has made valuable things for Waste management and I think it is just misunderstanding and misconception.

After reading these comments, I had to write this. I can tell these comments were left from people who never had to deal with Waste Management.
About 2 months after this show, I called Larry O Donnell. They told me to send him an e mail and gave me his e mail address. They said he answers all e mails. I sent it to Larry O Donnell about a very serious issue my parents had in the past as well as now with Waste Management. I received an auto reply stating out of the office. Since than I have not received anything. From what I can tell, Larry O Donnell is a fake and so was his performance. He made a few concessions on the show to make it look as if he or this company cares only to promote business. For all I know, even the concessions were fake. A better way to put it, all he did was talk trash !
If you need a trash company, find a small one who needs the business and will give you better service.

This show is very heart-touching. I work at an entry level job, and I’m also a full time college at the age of 18. I don’t know what I would do if our CEO came to work with me!

I was very impressed with Larry. He is a man with exceptional character and that explains why he’s the boss.

I think whats he is doing is amazing. How many upper level bosses are fighting for the bottom level workers?
He is setting an example to others, now its time for others to move forward.

Where can I find the latest about Waste Management (technologie)? I’m focusing in the Tourism Industry… Transport, Hotels, Resorts, Cruiseships, Travel agencies, etc…

I saw him on the news and it was an eye opener for him. He basically saw everything that happens behind the scenes of this huge company. It must bring great inspiration to the bottom level workers to see someone from upstairs step down and get their hands dirty every once in a while.

My husband worked for a small refuse business, Metro Disposal, and got bought out by Waste Management in December. He then worked for Waste Management, that is, until they took his job away from him in January. During my husbands last full week of work, he turned in 68 hours. He worked his tail off for the company and took his job very serious. He was always available to help others with their routes when he was done with his and gave all he could for the company. Now we are living on the unemployment that he had to fight to get and trying to raise our two children that are still at home. I guess I have a bad taste in my mouth for Waste Management. How do you budget on half of the income you are used to getting? What upsets me the most is that my husband busted his tail to do his job and do it well and always helped out when needed. He sacrificed his home time with his kids to work for this company. And what does he get for it….fired. Wow…does Larry O’Donnell care about my family?

The average American is dumb. This show just adds fuel to the fire – Joe American is going to think “Hey, the CEO can’t do my trash picking job as good as me, why does he make so much money!? Not fair!”
