WASHINGTON - American actor Charlie Sheen has offered to add 1 million dollars to his wife’s prenuptial agreement if he gets to stay out of prison and they remain married.

According to sources close to Brooke Mueller, Sheen’s representatives made the offer following his Christmas arrest on domestic violence charges, reports Radar Online.

Now Mueller has hired attorney Yale Galanter, who revealed that his client wants to work on “resolving the conflicts” in their marriage, as she has been told by Sheen’s reps that if he goes to prison, there will be no money for her and no child support money.

Mueller, who still wants a divorce, cannot take back her allegations as she can be charged with filing a false police report, and she does not want to be left broke either.

Sources have also revealed that her prenuptial agreement is not that generous, and that she has decided to go for more money by keeping Sheen out of jail without incriminating herself.

But once the legal situation is resolved and the money paid, the divorce is guaranteed.

Mueller has already met with a divorce attorney. (ANI)
