MILLION DOLLAR BABY actress HILARY SWANK has treated herself to a lavish gift in time for the holidays - she has splashed out $3.5 million ?2.2 million) on a New York home.
The 35-year-old actress has purchased a two-bedroom apartment at Superior Ink - a complex of condos in Manhattan’s star-studded West Village, according to the New York Post.
The actress’ new A-list neighbours include supermodel-turned-actress Gisele Bundchen, Liv Tyler and twin moguls Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
