Whitney Houston to croon on DWTS Finale

WASHINGTON - Whitney Houston is all set to croon on the finale of Dancing with the Stars to be held next week.
An ABC spokesperson confirmed that the 46-year-old singer/actress would perform on the Nov 24 finale, reports Us mag.
Only a month ago Whitney had revealed that her daughter encouraged her to sing once again.he said that when Arista Records mogul Clive Davis called her to make her an offer, her daughter told her to go through with it.
Houston said that Davis called saying “It’s time for you to come back and sing for us.”
“My daughter said, ‘Mom, you can do this.’ She encourages and inspires me,” she had said.
“I look at her eyes and I see myself, and I go, ‘OK, I can do this.’ “I’m still going to remain the quiet, private person I have been for the past 10 years.
“I just want to be recognised for my music, for that it does and how it inspires people. How it makes people feel as opposed to talking about Whitney all the time,” she had added. (ANI)

If she chooses to not speak of her drug habit then that is acceptable but to give interviews and lie about it is another story. Makes fans and public look like she is talking to fools. For example don’t come out and say that she gave up singing because she wanted to be home and raise her daughter instead when the whole world knows she could not sing cause her addiction had hold of her nor could she make appearances. Or when its all over the news that your in financial trouble and have to dump your homes and have auctions and say oh I was going to retire on some island somewhere. With that said I wish her the best and to be clean and sober…her child is worth that and deserves no less from her. And a clean and sober Whitney back is great but do not lie and be drugged on something and make a half way comeback. |
