WASHINGTON - Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz have dismissed reports of being banned from using social networking site Twitter.com by Shrek movie bosses.

A deluge of reports suggested that Hollywood bosses are keen to clamp down on stars using the website, amid fears that they will reveal important details about their upcoming film projects.

And it was rumoured that Myers and Diaz, who star in the upcoming ‘Shrek’ sequel, were the first hit by a wave of contract clauses forbidding them from using Twitter.com.

However, representatives for the actors insist the news is not true, reports Contactmusic.

In fact, a spokesperson for Myers told GossipCop.com the stories are “completely false.” (ANI)
