Adkins To Play Tv Talent Show Judge In New Film

Country star TRACE ADKINS has landed the role of a TV talent show judge in a new indie movie.
The Chrome singer will play music know-all Jimmy Knox on fictional competition Teen Starquest in new film Lifted.
American Idol winner Ruben Studdard and Dash Mihok also star in the film, which is currently shooting in Alabama.
The film is expected to be released in September 2010.
