LONDON - After Keira Knightley, British actor Orlando Bloom is the next in line to quit the “Pirates of the Caribbean” film franchise.

While Knightley announced she will not be returning to shoot another movie with Bloom and Johnny Depp insisting her “pirating days are over”, sources close to Bloom say he wants to walk out of the franchise as producers wish to concentrate on Depp’s character in the film, reports contactmusic.com.

“Orlando loved the films, but thinks its time to bow out because they tied up nicely for his character Will Turner. The producers are okay with that because they want to concentrate on the new adventures of Depps (character) Captain Jack Sparrow,” said a source.
