On a road trip of India, U.K. based Manav Mehta (Akshaye Khanna) meets Mansi (Aishwarya Rai), the daughter of a singer, Tarababu (Alok Nath). Both are attracted to each other. Tarababu agrees and takes her daughter to Bombay to meet Manav’s family. On their arrival itself, they are treated as second class citizens, throughout the day, with the treatment getting worst at every point. Both leave humiliated. Mansi decides to improve her career, leaving the past behind, and meets with Vikrant Kapoor (Anil Kapoor), who helps her get started. Both see each other regularly, and soon decide to get married. In the meantime, Manav has not given up hopes to marry Mansi, despite opposition from his and her families.

Makrand Godbhole alias Mac works as a Photographer with a firm, and spends considerable time photographing attractive young women in various attire. His office has provided him with accommodation, and an assistant named Shyam alias Sam. Mac and Sam are both in love with the firm’s secretary, Maggie, although Mac is engaged to be married to Dr. Anjali. Both do their best to upset the other’s plan in order to get in Maggie’s good books, often with hilarious results. Then both are entered in a competition for the best photograph, while Mac hustles in vain, Sam actually borrows an old photograph, wins the contest, is promoted as Mac’s supervisor, his pay is doubled, he takes over Mac’s accommodation, and also goes for a 10 day trip to the United States. When Sam returns back to India, nothing is the same anymore, Mac has moved into a palatial flat, has a cook named Mambo, and three gorgeous air-hostesses, namely Sweety Nair, Deepti, and Pooja, who time share this flat with him, each unaware of the others’ presence. Sam is envious of Mac’s women, and moves in with Mac - a action that will result in hilarious chaos - as both men must now out-do the other to win the affections of the unsuspecting beauties.

Amjad and Kader murder Jagdish, frame Pran with the murder and make it good with the lottery. Pran’s sons (Amitabh and Rishi Kapoor) fall in love with jagdish’s daughters (Hema and Kim). Amjad’s son (Shatrughan) is Amitabh’s childhood friend. The story proceeds with how the two brothers, with sinha expose their father’s real murderers and unite with the girls. The song chal mere bhai sung by rafi and Amitabh himself is one of the highlights.

Months go by, but he does not return. She gives birth to a son, and as soon she is able to, she starts her journey to Alipor, Calcutta, to confront Narendra and ensure a better future for their son.

Another beautiful simple love story from Sooraj Barjatya; this one too has melodious hummable songs.

Munna swears revenge upon Dr. Asthana and embarks upon getting an admission in a medical college to become a doctor. Thereafter begins a comical education of an illiterate underworld don - who is all set to change the institution and all its rules and regulations to suit his goal.
