Rock On’s rocking Home Video launch

Big Home Video proudly launched the home video of their much acclaimed movie Rock On in a plush event at the Mecca of rock lovers, Hard Rock Café on the 17th December, ‘08. The film that has been hailed as "The Coming of age of Indian Cinema" (Times of India). The musical blockbuster of 2008 had director Farhan Akhtar debuting as an actor and a singer. Abhishek Kapoor, the director, also brought to life the histrionics of Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Luke Kenny, Prachi Desai and Sahana Goswami.

Rock On is the story of 4 boys who put together a great band ‘MAGIK", but never make it. Ten years hence, fate conspires to bring them together again and set them on a journey back to where they left off into a soul-searching pilgrimage and how they relive their unfulfilled dreams.

Rock On, has been the most awaited movie of the season on Home Video. And it delivers what it promises: great music, drama, emotions and strong connect with the characters and the plot. The film’s music composed by the trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy; has been the best selling music album since the day it hit the markets.

Big Home Video, who have released the earlier Bollywood blockbusters such as Singh is Kinng, Jodhaa Akbar, Welcome are releasing Rock On Home Video. The special edition is priced at Rs 399 and The VCD is priced at Rs 149.
