Gibson’s ex says no to $15 mn offer

LONDON - Troubled Hollywood star Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend has rejected a $15 million peace deal as she did not want him to have the custody right of their daughter.
Oksana Grigorieva, 40, agreed to the settlement with the the actor but later pulled out, reports thesun.co.uk. An e-mail to the Russian singer’s lawyer explaining her decision was leaked online Monday.
In the mail, she said she’d only accept the settlement if Gibson, 55, was stripped of custodial rights to their daughter Lucia, 1.
If not, she wrote: “I WILL go to court, see where the chips might fall.”
The district attorney will decide whether to charge Gibson with domestic violence and Oksana with extortion.
