Jessica Biel, Sofia Vergara in ‘New Year’s Eve’?

LOS ANGELES - Hollywood actresses Jessica Biel and Sofia Vergara are in talks to star in a new film titled “New Year’s Eve”.

Biel is said to portray a pregnant woman who, along with her husband, tries to win a cash prize given by a hospital to the couple who is first to give birth on New Year’s Day. However, Vergara’s role has been kept under wraps, reports aceshowbiz.com.

“New Year’s Eve” is a follow-up of hit film “Valentine’s Day”. It will tell intertwining stories of a group of people of New York as they navigate their way through romance over the course of New Year’s Eve.

The production of the film is set to begin later this month in New York.
