Miley Cyrus to celebrate 18th birthday with parents

LONDON - Singer-actress Miley Cyrus plans to celebrate her 18th birthday with her divorcing parents.

The “Hanna Montana” star, who turns 18 Nov 23, is planning a low-key family get together.

“We need time to all be together… I’m not going to go crazy; (I may) have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family because that would be really cool,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

“I have to be near the water and I love doing scuba and going out and being on a boat,” she added.
