Demi Lovato’s dad blames Hollywood for her issues

New York, Nov 3 (ANI): Demi Lovato’s father has held Hollywood partly responsible for her daughter’s current emotional and physical issues.

Patrick said the stresses of Hollywood are partially to blame for his famous daughter’s issues, which reportedly include cutting, an eating disorder and struggles with body image.

“There are a lot of pressures. That is one of the things I worried about when she signed with Disney,” the New York Daily News quoted him as telling according to RadarOnline.com.

Patrick, who reportedly split with the starlet’s mom in 1994, said he had no idea his daughter decided to attend a treatment center when the news broke, though he did clarify that the location she went to was “not a drug addiction center.”

He also admitted he was unaware that his daughter was bullied, though he expects her to make it through this tough time.

“She’ll be fine. She’s strong alright,” he added. (ANI)
