PARIS (GaeaTimes.com) — With great regret, Whitney Houston has postponed her comeback tour to UK. The U.S pop diva has also postponed a concert in Paris on Tuesday night due to illness.

According to source, the 46 year old was rushed to a hospital in Paris, with nose and throat problems. Doctors visited Whitney late last night and diagnosed a respiratory infection.

Whitney’s sudden illness came as a shock wave to her millions of fans. But many people found it expected as they were concerned about her health after watching her spitting on a stage in a YouTube video of one Oz concert. She was reportedly breathing heavily and appeared sweaty.

Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for her has told the media that her first three concerts in the UK has been postponed due to ill health.

Whitney’s Thursday and Friday concerts at the Manchester Evening News Arena, as well as her show in Glasgow on Sunday at the S.E.C.C. venue will be affected. While the Glasgow audience will get to see the Million Dollar singer on Saturday May 1, their counterparts in Manchester will wait for a bit longer, until Wednesday June 16 and Thursday 17.

There is nothing to worry for the people who have already purchased tickets for those shows, because the tickets will remain valid. In case people can’t make the rescheduled shows, should apply for refund. All other dates for the Houston’s Nothing But Love world tour are reported to be unaffected.
