LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The couple who had once walked together in public and even did not fear the paparazzi and made some public display of affection have finally settled their divorce terms. Heather McComb and James Van Der Beek are done with their divorce settlement terms. According to sources, the court records of the actor who had filed for the divorce in a Los Angeles court back in November last year shows that both the parties have decided and agreed to the terms and conditions. The divorce will be officially declared in June 3, 2010.

Heather McComb and James Van Der Beek got married back in the year 2003 and were together until 2009 when the news of their split became public. The couples split in June and the actor filed for divorce from Heather McComb at the court in November. He reportedly mentioned in his appeal that they have been staying separately for many months.

However, the divorce has not come easily for the actor. The divorce settlement of the couple shows that James Van Der Beek who has an income of $35,000 per month reportedly has to pay his ex-wife, Heather McComb spousal support of $7,750 every month till December 2012. However, she would hold no claim on the ex-couple’s residence in North Hollywood. She would also not get any share in his bank accounts and the money he is due to receive from the contracts that he is either working on or has signed. Some sources also claim that James Van Der Beek holds the copyright to the screenplays that he has produced.
